High Blood Pressure and Diabetes Bankrupting This ONE State

In Utah, according to Blue Heron news, they spend $300 million on two diseases:  diabetes and high blood pressure.   That is $l00 million for high blood pressure and $200 million for diabetes.  With the present spate of bankruptcies of cities and US, low revenue, and financial crisis, there has to be better way of spending money.

There are are cheap cures.
