Subject: Discover How To Pee Like A Race Horse Again!
Hi Jorge.Saguinsin,
If you are experiencing male urinary symptoms due to an
enlarged prostate, also known as Benign Prostatic
Hyperplasia (BPH), you are most likely getting up all night
long with the frequent urge to urinate.
The problem is if your prostate gland is inflamed, your
urine stream is weak and it is difficult to completely
empty your bladder. This retained urine can lead to a
calcium build up called cystitis.
More than 90% of American males over 80 suffer from
prostate problems.
It has been estimated that more than 120,000,000 men over
the age of 50 already have BPH.
Sad thing is westernized medicine claims not to even know
all of the prostate's functions. All they know is it
pumps vital life fluid and sperm into the urethra during
sexual climax. That is a pretty darn important part of
biology if you ask me. I don't understand why there is so
much confusion surrounding this vital gland.
Left to fester, an inflamed gland may eventually get worse
and become cancerous.
America is experiencing an intensification of cancer cases,
especially prostate cancer. The incidence rate of prostate
cancer in the U.S. is about 1 in 1,439. That equates to
around 190,000 new cases of prostate cancer annually.
Prostate cancer is the leading cancer for men in the U.S.,
followed by lung cancer and then colorectal cancer and
bladder cancer. If you are a man living in the U.S., your
chances of dying a horrible death are petty gloomy.
Wouldn't you agree?
While westernized medicine doesn't recognize what the
root cause of prostate gland enlargement is, they do point
out certain risk factors that are suspected in the
development of prostate cancer.
However, risk factors do not tell you exactly what the root
cause is and, that is what we desperately need to discover.
Some people who have multiple risk factors do not develop
prostate cancer, while others who have prostate disease had
zero risk factors. But I will list them for you just the
same.
Here are 7 factors suspected in the development of
prostate cancer:
1. Genetic disposition
2. Environmental toxins
3. Sexually transmitted disease
4. Internal hormonal influence
5. Diet
6. Exercise
7. Obesity
Let us briefly go into each of these factors together to
see if reducing your risk of prostate cancer is possible,
or if an inflamed prostate is curable.
Genetic predisposition:
The new science of epigenetics is revolutionizing the old
assumptions about genetic determinism. Evidence based
studies have proven what your grandmother eat affects your
genetic predisposition.
The good news is you can turn this around in your favor by
being more selective in what you eat. In a nutshell,
epigenetics supports key nutrients, trace minerals and
co-factors that benefit your cell membrane health, which in
turn switches off bad genes and turns on good ones.
Environmental toxins:
There are at least 1,000 new chemicals the industrial age
has introduced into our environment over the last 150 or
so, years. Many of these chemicals are known to be
carcinogenic, cytotoxic and/or mutagenic. This basically
means they have destructive effects on cell membrane health
and can interfere with proper genetic expression.
Cells that are mutated or cancerous are usually eliminated
by your immune system, while poisoned cells either die or
are detoxified. The process of detoxification can be
personalized; if you know which chemicals or toxic metals
you have been exposed to. Chlorella, EDTA and certain
cellular salts, as well as select raw foods can assist your
body's natural elimination process. Once your cells are
detoxified, they can use nutrients, trace minerals and
co-factors efficiently once more, supporting healthy cell
growth.
Sexually transmitted disease:
Co-existing sexually transmitted disease (STDs) can trigger
prostate inflammation in men. Inflammation is directly
related to all disease processes, including cancer. They
say the best defense is abstinence; otherwise we will have
to discuss curing STDs in another article.
About 80% of bacterial cases of BPH (bacterial prostatis)
result from an infection from Escherichia coli bacterium;
the rest are from, Klebsiella, Enterobacter, Proteus,
Pseudomonas, Streptococcus, or Staphylococcus. All of this
bacterium infects the prostate via the urinary tract or
through the blood stream. Infections can be triggered
through invasion of rectal bacteria from anal sex or
medical procedures like cystoscopy or catheterization.
Internal hormonal influence:
Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (HPH) and prostate cancer are
also linked to an imbalance of low androgenic, high
estrogen and dihydrotestosterone (DHT) hormone levels.
Studies show that lowering testosterone levels with
short-term hormone therapy can delay the development of
prostate cancer in some patients "after" radiation
treatment. Chemical castration is one option, or the
testicles can be surgically removed. By removing
testosterone from your body, the prostate cancer usually
shrinks. But there is NO guarantee.
Diet:
Your diet is the most important factor to preventing or
curing prostate issues. You should be consuming a diet very
low in animal protein, including dairy products. If you have
prostate issues already, remove all animal proteins and
replace with plant proteins. Your healthy fats should be
limited to vegetable sources. The rest of your diet should
include raw vegetables, fruits and sprouted whole grains.
Exercise:
Exercise has proven benefits when done in moderation, even
mild exercise has a tremendous benefit. Exercise tunes your
immune system, optimizes your digestion and helps you sleep
deeper. It is vital to maximize physical strength and it
also helps you deal with emotional stress. Exercise
combined with a smart diet assists in reducing systemic
inflammation.
Obesity:
Comprehensive studies have found that being obese (having a
high amount of extra body fat) is linked with a higher risk
of getting prostate cancer. These evidence-based studies
have found that obese men may be at greater risk for having
more advanced prostate cancer and of dying from prostate
cancer. Plus, obesity increases risk of heart disease and
diabetes, as well as many other health issues.
A low Body Mass Index (BMI) is linked to less inflammation
overall and less inflammation of the prostate is paramount
to a happy life.
When one or more of the above mentioned factors are
neglected, prostate concerns are eminent, if you live long
enough. Once diagnosed with BPH. your risk for prostate
cancer increases exponentially, especially if you refuse to
radically change your lifestyle and eating habits.
Your immune system is your first and last line of defense
eradicating cancer.
Left to worsen prostate diseases, like other diseases
genetically mutate, they circumvent the drugs that once
fought them. The challenge is to help your immune system
regain the upper hand and empower your body's natural
healing processes to simply and naturally eliminate the bad
cells.
More and more evidence confirms having a healthy immune
system is the master key to preventing an enlarged prostate
and other serious health issues.
Educate your mind before your ever medicate your body.
You have a challenge of a lifetime before you. If popular
opinion tells you the task is too difficult, you need to
take responsibility for your own welfare and putting faith
in natural principles is well invested. You are NOT an
isolated case and together we can all overcome any
challenge by embracing the wisdom of science and ancient
healing knowledge.
It is up to you to reject any information that doesn't
address the root cause of your prostate issues and move on
until you find the truth out for yourself.
You have begun a long process of learning more than you
ever wished about cancer, cellular biology, biochemistry,
immunology, hematology, and other medical specialties. I
will continue to share my discoveries with you as we walk
on the natural pathway to health and wellness.
