An idea whose time has come.

In three days, most people in the Philippines  will have the message. This is one idea that really should be passed around. *Congressional Reform Act of 2013*_ 1. No Pork Barrel.  2. Serving in Congress is an honor, not a career. Our legislators should serve their terms, then go home and back to work. 3. Term limit should be 6 years, just like the President with NO re-election. 4. NO Dynasty. No Wife, Children, Brothers/Sisters and Family members can hold public office.  If each person contacts a minimum of twenty people, then it will only take three days for most people to receive the message. Don't you think it's time? THIS IS HOW YOU FIX THE PHILIPPINES  If you agree with the above, pass it on. Please keep it going.
