Hello,
A new study published in the Journal of the American Medical Association pitted three popular eating plans against each other and revealed some interesting results.
But before telling you the results, I think it would be fun if you try to predict the winner yourself.
Plan One: Focused on whole grain products, and a variety of fruits and vegetables. 60% of calories came from carbohydrates, 20% from fats, and 20% from protein.
Plan Two: Similar to Atkins and the Primal Plan. 10% of calories came from carbohydrates, 60% from fats, and 30% from protein.
Plan Three: Emphasized minimally processed grains, beans, and a variety of fruits and vegetables. 40% carbohydrates, 40% from fat, and 20% from protein.
Which do you think worked the best in terms of fatloss?
You can find out the answer on today's blog post. <== Click Here
Until Next Time, here's to YOUR good health!
