There are some wonderful insights on resistance from best-selling author
Nick Williams >>
Resistance may sound relatively inane, easy to deal with perhaps, yet when you really look at it as Nick explores, you realise what a negative force it is.
Nick goes as far to say that "resistance is the most toxic force on the planet!

Do you know how much resistance (conscious or subconscious) is affecting
your life, in what ways, where and why?
Nick talks about "Resisting the Soul".
I'm now in Iceland on a spiritual holiday with beautiful people in a magical land having a wonderful time.
I lost my keys the morning I had to get my flight. I never lose my keys. I was nearly one hour late to the airport. I got stressed and in a tizz running around trying to find my keys. Why did I lose my keys and nearly miss my flight?
Resistance!
This resistance wasn't conscious at the time, but I know when unexpected things like that happen just before a poignant soul-level experience, it is likely resistance.
In searching for my keys I did find three things I had forgotten to pack so it turned out to be a blessing in disguise.
The important point here is how there can be resistance to the positive!
We all get that we may resist pain, resist stepping out of our comfort zone, resist our fears, resist challenges, resist the uncomfortable, etc., but what about resisting the wonderful?
Less acknowledged is our resistance to all we can be, receive, do and create, to love itself, to joy, happiness, success, to our light, gifts, power, and purpose, etc.
These are less logical perhaps, less obvious, less understood, and nearly always less conscious.
Nick Williams' fantastic piece sheds light on this in a beautiful and moving way.
Much love,
Aine
